Casper Perelman, of Knoxville, Tenn. formerly of Galax and Roanoke, died in Knoxville Wednesday, March 4, 1992. He was a member of Beth Israel Synagogue, the U.C.T. and formerly owned and operated Perelman's Dress Shop in Galax. Surviving area his wife, Mrs. Libbye D. Perelman; two sons, Charles David Perelman, Barry L. Perelman, all of Knoxville; sister, Mrs. Midlred Lesse, Texas and four grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted at Oakey's Roanoke Chapel 10:30 a.m. Friday by Rabbi Jerome Fox. Burial will be in Beth Israel Cemetery. Arrangements by Oakey's Roanoke Chapel.
