LYNDHURST - Mrs. Carolyn Jenkins Beverage, age 30, died Tuesday in Charlottesville. She was born May 21, 1961, a daughter of Joyce Collins Harrison and the late Lawrence H. Jenkins. Surviving are her mother, Joyce Harrison of Crimora, Va.; stepfather, Leo Harrison, Buena Vista; husband, Allen Beverage, Fisherville; two sisters, Brenda J. Thomas, Clifton Forge; Reesie H. Staton, Buena Vista; one brother, Ricky Lee Jenkins, Troutville; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. A. B. Collins, Buena Vista. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Friday at Lomax Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Wyatt Mayes officiating. Burial will follow in Green Hill Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends at the home of Blair and Hollis Knick, 2332 Walnut Avenue, Buena Vista. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
