BUENA VISTA - Maggie Armstrong Henson, age 76, died Tuesday in Stonewall Jackson Hospital. She was born August 29, 1915, a daughter of the late Evie Coleman and Elmer Armstrong. She was the widow of the late Hardy D. Henson. She is survived by five sisters, Mrs. Elsie Lawhorn, Mrs. Florence Henson, Mrs. Louise Burch, all of Buena Vista; Mrs. Ernestine Spahr, San Diego, Calif.; Mrs. Marie Gardner, Montross, Va.; three brothers, Mr. Bobby Coleman, Emporia, Va.; Mrs. Jimmy Coleman, Baltimore, Md.; Mr. Ronald Coleman, Manassas, Va.; three grandchildren, Mrs. Diane Figgers, Richmond, Va.; Mrs. Donna Dawson, Coleman Falls, Va.; Mrs. Sharon Rice, Monroe, Va.; four great-grandchildren; and a very special friend, Libby Reynolds. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. at Stone Church of the Brethren on Friday with the Rev. Harold Bowman officiating. Burial will follow in Green Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday at Lomax Funeral Home.
