CHAMBLISSBURG - Benjamin Frank Pedigo, age 70, of Chamblissburg died unexpectantly Wednesday at his home. He was a retired employee of Richardson-Wayland Electrical Corporation. He was a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers. He is survived by his wife, Vailima G. Pedigo; two daughters and sons-in-law, Lynn and Stephen Jobe, Salem; Judith B. and Bobby Huddleston, Roanoke; a son, Stephen F. Pedigo, Herndon; grandchildren, Christopher S. Jobe; Ronald and Thomas Pedigo; Jeffrey and Gregory Huddleston; three great-grandchildren; sisters and brothers-in-law, Barbara Dillon, Vinton; Helen and Wayne Sadler, Chattanooga, Tenn.; brothers and sisters-in-law, Norman and Betty Pedigo, Fairfax; Thomas and Evelyn Pedigo, Vinton; and a number of nieces and nephews. Graveside funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Friday, March 6, 1992 at Mountain View Cemetery with the Rev. Walter L. Bingham, Jr. officiating. In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials to the Chamblissburg Rescue Squad or the American Heart Association. Friends may call at Oakey's Vinton Chapel where the family will receive friends from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Thursday.
