BEDFORD - Oscola Pratt, age 83, formerly of Floyd County, passed away Tuesday, March 3, 1992, in a Bedford Hospital. Surviving are three daughters, Nadiene Turner, Floyd; Hattie McMillan, Chester; Eilene Wheat, Bedford; one son, Palmer Pratt, Salem; two brothers, Hampton Pratt, Meadows of Dan; Alvis Pratt, Mount Airy, Md.; four sisters, Susie Salmons, Jessie Pratt, Goldie Pratt, Floyd; Emogene Siers, Mount Airy, Md.; ten grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 12:00 noon Friday at the Maberry Funeral Home Chapel, Floyd, with the Rev. Philip Hunsicker and the Rev. Keith Spangler officiating. Burial will be in Topeco Cemetery, Floyd. The family will receive friends from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Thursday at the Maberry Funeral Home.
