CROCKETT SPRINGS GROUP PLANS SHOOTING MATCH

The men's group at Crockett Springs United Methodist Church is sponsoring a shooting match March 14. The event is to raise money to purchase a wheelchair for a disabled child in the community.

The shooting match will begin at noon at Wimmer's Store. Only 12-gauge shotguns and house ammunition will be allowed. Hams, turkey calls and other prizes will be awarded to winning participants.

Wimmer's Store is 2.8 miles south on Alleghany Spring Road. For more information, call Don Duncan at 961-1162.
