PRICES FORK GETS LITTON GRANT

Litton Industries Inc. awarded a $1,500 grant to Prices Fork Elementary School under the company's Education Support Program for communities where Litton divisions are located.

Litton's Poly-Scientific employees nominated schools for the grant earlier this year, and President L. Allen Bowman chose the recipient. The grant will be awarded annually.

Prices Fork Elementary will use the money to purchase computer hard drives and software for the "whole language" program recently introduced for individual instruction in Montgomery County schools.

Litton Poly-Scientific is a technology-based company specializing in fiber optics and security systems.
