EX-DEPUTY TURNS SELF IN ON MURDER CHARGE

A former sheriff's deputy turned himself in to face charges he was hired to kill his brother-in-law.

Wilber Charles Hayes, 24, is being held without bond in the city jail in the capital murder for hire of Michael Stiltner, whose decomposing body was found on the balcony of Hayes' apartment last September.
