OBIT THOMAS, T.

Mr. Tyler Waller Thomas, age 78, of Rt. 1, Hinton, Va., and formerly of Woolwine, Va., died Thursday in the Rockingham Memorial Hospital in Harrisonburg, Va. His wife, Elva Litton Thomas, died 18 hours before Mr. Thomas died. He was the only son of Henderson and Martha Anne Hall Thomas, who are both deceased. He is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Rena Rigney, Harrisonburg; one sister, Mrs. Lucy Thomas Worley, Stuart; one stepson, Raymond Litton, Harrisonburg; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren. The funeral will be held Saturday at 2:00 p.m. at the Moody Funeral Home Chapel in Stuart with burial in the Jack's Creek Church Cemetery.
