Mrs. Thelma Joyce Hall, age 71, of Roanoke, died Friday in a Roanoke nursing home. She was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church. Surviving are her husband, Charles W. Hall; three sons and daughters-in-law, George and Mary Pugh, Roanoke; Leonard and Shirley Pugh, Salem; Tommy and Angela Driscoll, Blue Ridge; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and a number of brothers and sisters. Funeral services will be at Oakey's Roanoke Chapel, 1:30 p.m. Monday, March 9, 1992, with the Rev. Carter Sloan officiating. Interment in Franklin Memorial Park, Franklin County.
