BURGARD-PETERS

Lisa Ann Burgard and Robert Manson Peters are engaged and planning to be married August 29, 1992. She is a daughter of Rev. Dr. and Mrs. Donald Lee Burgard, of Cheverly, Maryland. She graduated from Williamsport High School, Williamsport, Maryland, and received her B.A. from Randolph-Macon College, Ashland, Va., Cum Laude. She is employed by Western Maryland College as Admissions Counselor in Westminster, Md. He is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Eric Gordon Peters, of Lynchburg, Virginia. He graduated from E.C. Glass High School in Lynchburg and received his B.A. from Randolph-Macon College in Ashland, Va. He is studying Russian at Army Language School, Monterey, California. He is a grandson of Rev. Dr. and Mrs. John Wynn Myers, Pastor Emeritus of Greene Memorial Methodist Church in Roanoke. They reside at 425 Willow Oak Drive, S.W., Roanoke, 24014.
