MAYHEW-TAYLOR

Mr. and Mrs. Giles E. Mayhew, of Vinton, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Kari Lynn Mayhew, to David Bruton Taylor, son of Mr. and Mrs. Bruton Taylor, of Roanoke.

Miss Mayhew is a graduate of William Byrd High School and Virginia Tech. She is a certified public accountant employed by Norfolk Southern Corporation.

Mr. Taylor is a graduate of Cave Spring High School and will receive a bachelor's degree in marketing from Virginia Commonwealth University in May.

An October wedding is planned.
