Wendy Ann Tibaldi and Tim Hawk are engaged and planning to be married on April 11, 1992. She is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Tibaldi, of Marietta, Ga. She is employed by Bell Atlantic as an AT&T Service Manager, Washington, D.C. He is a son of Hazel Hawk and is employed by Bell Atlantic as a Fiber Optics Engineer/Planner, Washington, D.C. The wedding will take place in Potomac, Md.
