Nell Arthur Murray, age 98, died Saturday, March 7, 1992, at her home. Mrs. Murray was born August 28, 1893, in Lexington, a daughter of the late Jessie Martin Arthur and Susan Alice Morris Arthur. She was a life member of The Trinity United Methodist Church, and was the widow of Walter E. Murray. Surviving are two daughters and a son-in-law, Margaret M. Kerr, Frances and Richard Nuckols, all of Lexington; one sister, Mrs. Mary Weaver, Lexington; one daughter-in-law, Marjorie M. Murray, Lexington; four grandchildren, Richard Nuckols, Jr., Vicki N. Kruse, Lawrence Nuckols and Anthony Murray; and four great-grandchildren Jennifer N. Brown, J. Stuart Kruse, Jeffrey S. Nuckols and Justin L. Nuckols. Graveside services will be conducted at 4:00 p.m. Monday in the Stonewall Jackson Memorial Cemetery, officiated by the Rev. James B. Grimmer. The family suggests memorial donations be made to The Trinity United Methodist Church, Salvation Army or the Lexington First Aid Crew. The family will receive friends from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. Sunday at the Harrison Funeral Home, Lexington.
