CHILD SUPPORT POSES NATIONWIDE PROBLEM

CHILD-SUPPORT recipients pose a nationwide problem that has been neglected or just plain forgotten. The wrong is not to the parents who pay the support, but to the little children who don't receive it.

We have suffered too much with this. Someone should get a grip on this problem for good. We tax-paying, law-abiding citizens pay our share, so why can't we get something done? I feel if I do right by my country and the people, why can't everyone else? JANET BARTON ROANOKE
