OBIT PHILLIPS, E.

PHILLIPS, ESSIE W. DUBLIN - Essie Webb Phillips, age 70, passed away Sunday, March 8, 1992 at the Roanoke Rehab Center. She was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church and a retired employee of the Pulaski High School Cafeteria. She was preceded in death by her husband, Troy Willard Phillips. Survivors include, one son, Ted W. Phillips, Dublin; one daughter, Mrs. Tom (Edna) Young, Stanley; two sisters, Ardella (Toots) Lineback, Hudson, N.C.; Reba Carson, Winston-Salem, N.C.; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. at the Seaver-Sanders & Mullins Funeral Home with Elder Harry Sharley officiating. Interment will follow in Highland Memory Gardens in Dublin. The family will receive friends from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Tuesday at the Seaver-Sanders & Mullins Funeral Home in Radford.
