FOR COREAST CUSTOMERS

Former CorEast branches will be open from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays so depositors can reach the contents of their boxes.

Letters were mailed Monday to holders of CorEast certificates of deposit notifying them of a change in interest rates.

The certificates, some carrying rates of about 8 percent, will be lowered in two weeks to current market interest.
