Mrs. Elizabeth Caldwell Bell, age 78, formerly of 1537 Rivermont Hgts, Martinsville, passed away Sunday at Richmond Memorial Hospital in Richmond. She was born March 24, 1914 in Fincastle to the late Shelby Caldwell and Idona Lantz Caldwell. She was preceded in death by her husband, James R. Bell and was a member of Wilson Street Pentecostal Holiness Church. She is survived by five daughters, Mrs. Donna DiMurro, Charlottesville; Mrs. Teresa Hacker, Mechanicsville; Mrs. Garvin B. Gilley, S.C.; Mrs. Sandra B. Kendrick, Collinsville; Mrs. Dana B. Livengood, Martinsville; one brother, James M. Caldwell, Fincastle; eleven grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, 11:00 a.m. at McKee Funeral Chapel with interment in Old Center Cemetery. The family will receive friends at McKee's, Tuesday from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m.
