REVCO PLAN OK'D BY CREDITOR GROUPS

Revco D.S. Inc. said Monday all creditor groups have voted in favor of accepting the company's plan of reorganization.

Revco reported that creditors representing 99.74 percent of claims voted to accept the Revco plan.

A hearing is scheduled for Wednesday in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Akron, Ohio, on confirmation of the company's plan. For the plan to be confirmed, the court must find, among other factors, that it is in the best interest of creditors and the need for further financial reorganization would be unlikely. - Wire report
