THE BEST and probably the only thing we can do about teen-age pregnancy is to promote abstinence. Condoms may help some but they break and crack, and promoting birth control promotes sex.

The best solutions are abstinence, cold showers, ice and hobbies for those who have their sex drive in high gear.
