NO LECTURES

SCHOOLS should provide vending machines with condoms in both male and female restrooms. I don't believe many students are going to go up to an authority figure and ask for a condom, and then have to listen to a lecture that the best choice is not to have sex.

Teen-agers are the only ones who can stop themselves from getting pregnant. Nobody can stop someone from having sex.
