Frances E. Cramer, age 72, of Vinton, died Monday, March 9, 1992. Surviving are her husband, William E. Cramer; two sons, Wayne D. Cramer, Daleville; William A. Cramer, Austel, Ga.; two daughters, Charlene C. Fitzgerald, Troutville; Susan C. Spagnoli, Royston, Ga.; nine grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; two brothers, John J. Bartuka, Wheelwright, Ky.; Harry E. Bartuka, Hardy; five sisters, Cora Hurt; Geraldine B. Smith, both of Vinton; Evelyn Hornbarger, Rockville, Md.; Virginia Cooley, Radford; Mary Lee Hill, Moreno Valley, Calif. Graveside services will be at the Mountain View Cemetery, Vinton at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday with the Rev. William E. Hungate officiating. Friends may call at Oakey's Vinton Chapel.
