Frances Elizabeth Orndorff Willard, age 84, of Salem, died Monday, March 9, 1992. She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Stephen C. and Paulette A. Willard; Gerald W. and Deborah B. Willard; grandchildren, Bruce C. Willard, Rebecca L. Bossong; Bradford Wayne Willard; Kent E. Willard and Burke A. Willard; and a brother, Roy L. Orndorff. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, 11:00 a.m. at the College Lutheran Church in Salem with Pastor D. J. Westermann and Pastor Robert R. Ward officiating. Interment will be held Thursday at 1:15 p.m. at National Memorial Park in Falls Church, Va. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Memorial Fund of the College Lutheran Church. Arrangements are being handled by John M. Oakey & Son Funeral Home in Salem.
