CORNED BEEF & CO. SELLS ON GRANDIN

The Grandin Road Southwest location of Corned Beef & Co. has been sold and soon will operate as The Grandin Cafe.

Owner Joe Hummel said music will continue on Friday and Saturday nights, but the menu will include more salads and lighter fare and a children's menu will be added.

Hummel's partners are Brian Snediker, Chris Burton and Jim Morgan. Hummel and Snediker also own The Crystal Spring Deli, once a Corned Beef location. - Staff report
