WHY MAKE BIG DEAL OF ELVIS STAMP?

REGARDING the Elvis postage stamp, it really irks me how small-minded some people can be, including your editorial cartoonist March 5.

I feel Elvis made as much of an impact on the human race as did some of the other faces that have appeared on U.S. postage stamps. Why is everyone, including this newspaper, making such a big deal out of this?
