Mosby Charlton Alexander, age 96, lifelong resident of Draper's Valley, died Tuesday night in the Randolph House Home for Adults, Pulaski. She was born in Virginia on December 19, 1895 and she was the daughter of the late James P. Charlton and Margaret Kirby Charlton. She was preceded in death by her husband, Andrew Boyd Alexander, and by one sister, Elizabeth Kirby Charlton. She was a member of the Draper's Valley Presbyterian Church. Surviving are several nieces and cousins. Funeral services will be held Friday at 2:00 p.m. from the Draper's Valley Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Preston O. Sartelle officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visiting will be held Thursday evening at Stevens Funeral Home, Pulaski, where the family will receive friends from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family wishes that memorials be made to the Draper's Valley Presbyterian Church, Route 1, Draper, VA 24324.
