OBIT SNIDER, L.

Linda Mae Snider, age 48, died Tuesday evening in a Roanoke hospital. Born in Oakvale, W.Va., on July 18, 1943, she was the daughter of the late Henderson and Edna Weeks Alley. She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Caudill Snider. Surviving are one son, Michael Wayne Snider, Pearisburg; two daughters, Lisa S. Boothe, Narrows, Va.; June Diane Snider, Aiken, S.C.; two brothers, Alfred Alley, Brant, Mich.; Ronnie Alley, Walled Lake, Mich.; one sister, Penny Alley, Dublin, Va.; three grandchildren, Brandi Boothe, Cole Boothe, Michael Caudill Snider; her boyfriend, Charles A. Lucas, Gold Bond. Funeral services will be conducted Friday at 11:00 a.m. in the Kendall Funeral Home Chapel, Pembroke, with burial in the Oakvale Cemetery, Oakvale, W.Va. The family will receive friends at the Kendall Funeral Home Thursday evening from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m.
