OHIO MAN INDICTED ON 112 FRAUD COUNTS

A man accused of bilking hundreds of investors from Ohio, Pennsylvania and Virginia out of at least $13 million has been indicted by a grand jury on 112 counts of securities fraud.

Investigators accused Kenneth Jackson, 35, of skimming money, overvaluing his stock and illegally selling securities while running his two businesses, Blazo Corp. and Vision Television Network Inc. Both companies have folded.

Wayne County Prosecutor John Williams said Jackson would be arraigned today on 28 counts each of selling unregistered securities, unlicensed sale of securities, misrepresentations in the sale of securities and securities fraud. - Associated Press
