MAN GIVEN 5 YEARS FOR UVA COCAINE SALES

A Fairfax County man has been sentenced to five years in prison for selling cocaine in the University of Virginia area.

James N. Hottle III, 21, was arrested as part of a police raid on UVa fraternities a year ago. He was the only non-UVa student among 12 men who faced federal and state charges.

Hottle was sentenced Tuesday to 14 years with all but five years suspended and will be eligible for parole after serving about 13 months.
