Mr. Frank Earl Barger, age 78 of Roanoke, died Wednesday, March 11, 1992. He was an Army veteran of World War II and is survived by his wife, Mrs. Nannie B. Barger; three sons; three daughters; three brothers, Halbert Barger, Eagle Rock; Rayburn Barger, Jr., Troutville; Carl Barger, Covington; four sisters, Maxine Rogers, Lillian Hambrick, Delphian Austin, Audrey Noel, all of Eagle Rock; eight grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 14, 1992 at 11:00 a.m. at the Rader Troutville Chapel with the Rev. Jeff Gardner officiating. Interment will follow in the Forest Grove Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
