Dorothy Jean McNeil Parsons, age 68, of Vinton, passed away at her residence Tuesday. She was the widow of Earl Grady Parsons. Surviving are two sons, Marvin Grady Parsons, Vinton; Stacy Jordan Parsons, Roanoke; four daughters, Linda P. Craft, Vinton; Marsha Lee Shreve, Moneta; Nancy Sue Woolard, Champaign, Ill.; Cindy Jean Michael, Oceanside, Calif.; one brother, George McNeil, Phoenix, Ariz.; one sister, Georgia Walker, Heron, Calif.; 14 grandchildren; 2 stepgrandchildren; 1 great-grandson. There will be a private service.
