Crown had 14 points in a 22-7 Radford run over the last six minutes of the first half. Radford, the regular-season Big South champion and the tournament's top-seeded team, led 48-33 at halftime. Conference co-player of the year Patrinda Toney scored 15 for the Highlanders (19-9), and Shannon Wilkey finished with 18.
Carmen Thomas led Winthrop (6-23) with 18 points, and Shelia Bailey added 15.
Radford led by 31 points in the second half after Michelle Hiett scored on a layup with 1:25 to play to make the score 96-65.
Radford, which has won 13 of its past 15 games, advances to the championship game for the sixth consecutive year and will meet Campbell, also making its sixth consecutive title-game appearance.
In the other Big South Conference semifinal, Laurie Hood scored 26 points and grabbed 16 rebounds as Campbell defeated Liberty 73-68 in overtime.
Jeri Wiley led the Flames (12-17) with 21 points.
Roanoke native Lisa Allison had 14 for the Camels (18-9).
Amy Nigro of Campbell hit a 3-pointer with 10 seconds left in regulation to tie the score at 62.
