BAILEY-GOETZ
Kara Blair Bailey and Timothy Thomas Goetz are engaged. She is the daughter
of Mr. Walter Leslie Bailey of Carrollton, and Ms. Anne Page Ratterree of
Pace, Fla. She graduated with honors from Kecoughtan High School in Hampton
and attends Radford University. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Raymond O. Goetz
of Christiansburg. He graduated from Auburn High School and Virginia Tech. He
is employed by Montgomery County School System as a Teacher and Coach.
