Rebecca L. Burch and Todd T. Morgan are engaged and planning to be married May 9, 1992. Rebecca is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Allen Burch of Centreville, Va. She graduated from Lake Braddock Secondary School and will graduate from Radford University in May of 1992 with a major in math. Todd is the son of Lt. Colonel and Mrs. Morgan of Reston, Va. He graduated from South Lakes High School in Reston and will graduate from Radford University in May of 1992 with a major in history.
