Mr. and Mrs. Elliott Jones, of Frankfort, Kentucky, announce the engagement of their daughter, Jo Ellen Jones, to Glenn Karsten Frank, son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert G. Frank, of Roanoke.

Miss Jones is a graduate of Wyoming High School, Cincinnati, Ohio, and Converse College in Spartanburg, South Carolina. She is employed by the Fayette County Board of Education in Lexington, Kentucky.

Mr. Frank is a graduate of Salem High School and the Virginia Military Institute. He is employed by Chemicals and Solvents, Inc., in Roanoke.

The wedding be be on May 16 at the First Presbyterian Church in Frankfort.
