WATSON-SMITH

Cheryl D. Watson and Charles "Chuck" Smith are engaged and planning to be married on August 1, 1992, at the First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in Roanoke, Virginia. Cheryl is a daughter of Mrs. Annie C. Watson, of Roanoke, Virginia, and Mr. A.C. Watson, Jr., of Culpeper, Virginia. She graduated from the University of Virginia and the T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond. She is an attorney with Mundy, Rogers & Frith. Chuck is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Bobby M. Smith, of Salem, Virginia. He graduated from Salem High School and worked in construction before attending Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. He is a project manager with Gardner-Smith, Inc. General Contractor.
