Michael McCoy, escorted the bride to the altar. The matron of honor was Lynne McCoy Overstreet, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Rebecca Graham Talbot and Pam Carter Giles, sister of the groom. Flowergirl was Raeann Carter and flowerboy was Keith Overstreet. The best man was Danny R. Carter, brother of the groom. Ushers were Henry G. Correll and Chris W. Giles. Ringbearers were Shane Carter and Hunter Carter, sons of the groom. The candlelighters were Scott Overstreet and Zack McCoy. Song was sung by Ericka McCoy. The bride is a daughter of Esther B. McCoy and the late Eugene C. McCoy. The groom is a son of Mildred C. Cox and Charles W. Carter. The newlyweds will live in Roanoke, Va.
