KIDMAN-HODGES

Rhonda Kay Hodges and Brian Keith Kidman were married March 14, 1992, in Vinton Baptist Church. The officiating clergyman was Jim Patterson. The reception was held at the church. The maid of honor was Dreama Belcher, cousin. Bridesmaid was Linda Short, friend of the bride. The best man was Leroy Kidman, father of the groom. Ushers were Ty Hodges, brother of the bride, and Bobby Stockli, friend of the bride and groom. Pianist was Ruth Voorhees. The bride's mother, Linda Hodges, sang at the wedding. The guestbook was attended by Sherry Loudermilk. The bride wore the 23 year old layered lace gown belonging to her aunt, Pat Belcher, who also made the bouquet she carried. It was made of purple violets, white daisies, purple honeysuckle, and forget-me-nots. The bride also wore a halo of flowers made by Ruth Voorhees. The bride is a daughter of David and Linda Hodges, of Vinton. She graduated from William Byrd High School and is employed by Hairworks. The groom is a son of Leroy and Barbara Kidman, of Vinton. He graduated from William Byrd High School and is employed by Air-Lee Cleaners. After the wedding trip to Tennessee, the newlyweds will live in Roanoke.
