Virginia Madeline Perdue Nichols, age 70, residing at Friendship Manor, passed away Friday. She was the widow of Clarence E. Nichols. Surviving are one daughter and two grandchildren; a brother and sister-in-law, Emory F. and Evelyn S. Perdue, Salem. Graveside services will be held at 12:00 noon Monday, March 16, 1992, from Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens. Minister Scott Taylor will officiate. Friends may call at Lotz Roanoke Chapel.
