MONETA - Mrs. Lillie Burns Bell, age 70 of Route 2, Moneta, went to be with her Lord, Saturday, March 14, 1992, at the home of her son in Roanoke. She was a member of the Salem Church of Christ, and was retired from Rowe Furniture Company with 25 years service. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Tonya Bell Sloane. Surviving are her husband, C. Foster Bell; sons and daughters-in-law, Charles and Louise Bell, Roanoke; Larry and Susan Bell, Sumter, S.C.; four grandchildren, five great-grandchildren; three sisters, Alice Mock, Warrenville, S.C.; Eunice Usher, Brooklet, Ga.; Louise Otts, Harlem, Ga.; two brothers, George Burns, Savannah, Ga.; T. J. Burns, Warrenville, S.C. Funeral services will be conducted from Oakey's Roanoke Chapel, 12:00 noon Tuesday, March 17, 1992, with Jim Herron officiating. Burial will be in Fair View Cemetery, and friends may call at Oakey's Roanoke Chapel.
