2 ARRESTED, QUESTIONED IN W.VA. KILLING

Two men were being questioned by West Virginia authorities in the Montgomery County jail Saturday in connection with a slaying in Princeton, authorities said.

Leroy P. Mower, 48, of Princeton, W.Va., and Bruce M. Grover, 55, of Erie, Pa., were being held in the county jail on charges of possessing a stolen vehicle, said investigator Bob Fleet of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Department.

The two men were arrested at 12:05 a.m. at the Lancer Truck Stop along Interstate 81 at Ironto in a 1973 Ford LTD, Fleet said.

West Virginia State Police confirmed there was a slaying in Princeton on Friday but could not give out more information.
