REGARDING the Feb. 16 letter by James Spangler: Issues that individual businesses, school systems and families face are not theirs alone.

If we focus our attention on our children, we become painfully aware of services out of kilter with needs. Quality is not happenstance.

Make whole the fabric woven to bind us before it becomes threadbare and unravels the pattern of choices that promote isolated thoughts and actions/reactions.
