BLACKSBURG POLICE SEEK MISSING MAN WHO COULD NEED ANTI-SEIZURE DRUG

Police are looking for a town resident who has been missing for several weeks.

Ronald Terry Mills, 39, of Heritage Acres, has not been seen by family members since the last week of February, police said.

Mills is epileptic and apparently is without his medicine. Mills is black, 5-feet-11, 150 pounds and thin. He is balding, has dark hair and usually wears a mustache. He is missing his left eye and usually wears an eye patch and glasses, police said. Mills is also missing several upper and lower front teeth.

He usually wears a Medic-Alert necklace. Mills does not have his medication with him, which may cause him to be confused and to have increased seizures, police said.

Police have checked with Mills' doctor, friends and his usual pharmacy but have turned up nothing. His prescription has not been filled recently, Capt. Bill Brown said. The police also have contacted hospitals.

Anyone with information should call Blacksburg police at 961-1150.
