ANTIQUE SALE, QUILT SHOW APRIL 2-4 IN BLACKSBURG

The Blacksburg Junior Woman's Club's 24th annual antique sale and quilt show will be held April 2-4 at the Blacksburg Community Center.

Dealers from several states will display and sell antique furniture, glass and collectibles. Crystal and porcelain repair service also will be available.

Quilts will be on display throughout the three days, with the public asked to vote for a favorite.

Hot lunch food and homemade baked goods will be available Friday and Saturday. Admission costs $2 for adults and $1 for children age 2 to 12. The community center is on Patrick Henry Drive off North Main Street.

The show is the club's only fund-raising event. Proceeds will support local, state and national charitable and civic organizations.
