UNWITTING PROPONENT OF LIBERTARIAN PARTY

A STATEMENT in Scott Lindstrom's Feb. 18 commentary ("Two-party system is failing voters") left me with mixed feelings: "Into this void might come a rejuvenating third party - one that refused the bold bribes of the rich; one that sought to restore the public's faith in government; one that chose to be the party of opposition, rather than the party of collusion."

Mr. Lindstrom concluded that "the improbability of that propels us to find another solution." He went on to recommend that fed-up citizens campaign (and even write in votes) for "None Of The Above."

Improbable? Mr. Lindstrom needs to educate himself more about the current American political scene. He inadvertently wrote the best, most concise description of the Libertarian Party I have ever seen!
