GOOD SERVICE FOR VETERANS AT VAMC

AS AN ex-prisoner of war, I receive regular treatment at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center. The overwhelming majority of personnel are most professional in their behavior and give good service to veterans. I have neither experienced nor observed any deterioration in patient-care standards.

Since Clark Graninger became director, he has corrected many inadequacies in patient services. He continues to work to give the best possible care to eligible veterans.

He cooperates with our ex-prisoner-of-war group to improve our accessibility to medical services and is readily available to us. I commend him for his goal of providing state-of-the-art medical care for those of us who served our country during war.
