OBIT FISHER, Z.

Zannie Brown Fisher, age 82, died Wednesday, March 18, 1992, at Montgomery Regional Hospital. He was born in Craig County to the late George and Martha Belle Carr Fisher. Surviving are his wife, Frangie Brumfield Fisher; one daughter and son-in-law, Dorothy D. and Ralph M. Fisher, New Castle; three stepchildren, Virginia Yates, Roanoke; Annabelle Fisher, Newport; Talma Fisher, New Castle; one stepson, Huston Troutt, Roanoke; three grandchildren, Wanda Reynolds, Shelia St.Clair, both of New Castle; Carolyn Fisher, Roanoke; two brothers, Essie Fisher, Oren Fisher, Staunton; five great-grandchildren, twenty-two stepgrandchildren. Funeral services will be Saturday, March 21, 2:00 p.m. at McCoy Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. Dale Ketch will officiate. Interment will follow in the Level Green Church Cemetery, Newport. The family will receive friends Friday from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
