Mr. James Walter (Sug) Leftwich, age 52, of Alview Avenue, N.W. passed away in a local hospital Thursday, March 19, 1992. Survivors include his wife, Doris Leftwich, Roanoke; one son, Constine Leftwich; one daughter, Denseline Leftwich; one brother, Clarence Lee, all of Washington, D.C.; five sisters, Juanita Langhorne, Lilly Mae Journette, both of Roanoke; Margaret Madden, Salem; Marie Kiser, Washington, D.C.; Rosa Ollie, N.C.; mother-in-law, Doretha Harris, Roanoke; four brothers-in-law, Jimmy Harris, Alvin Jordan, George Journette, all of Roanoke; Wendell Harris, Atlanta, Ga.; two sister-in-laws, Barbara Harris, Loretta Harris, both of Roanoke; two aunts, Alice Finney, Bassett; Dollie Slaughter, Colter, Va.; one grandchild, Destiny Leftwich, Washington, D.C.; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
