OBIT-JONES, W.

Winslow S. Jones, Sr., age 77 of Roanoke, died suddenly Thursday in a local hospital. He was formerly employed by American Airlines and was retired from Sears. Surviving are his wife, Martha Hobbs Jones; two sons, Howard L. Jones, Winslow S. Jones, Jr.; a daughter, Robin Jones Dunford; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Memorial services will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Saturday from Oakey's North Chapel with the Rev. Troy B. Webb officiating. The family will receive friends immediately after the service at Oakey's North Chapel.
