OBIT JAMISON, E.

Mrs. Eunice Burgess Jamison, age 94, of Rt. 1, Boones Mill, died Thursday morning in a local hospital. She was a long time member of Boones Mill Christian Church. Mrs. Jamison was preceded in death by her husband, R.C. (Doc) Jamison and a daughter, Nina Jamison Evans. Surviving are a son and daughter-in-law, R.C. (Bob) and Mary S. Jamison, Boones Mill; three grandsons, E.W. Evans, White Point; Jerry Evans and Ronald Evans, both of Boones Mill; six great-grandchildren; and several great-great-grandchildren. The family suggests memorials be made to the Boones Mill Christian Church Building Fund. Funeral services will be 11:30 a.m. Saturday at Oakey's South Chapel with the Rev. Coretha Morra officiating. Interment will be in Mountain View Cemetery, Franklin County. The family will receive friends at Oakey's South Chapel 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Friday.
